Place a layer of brownie pieces at the bottom of a serving glass. Add one scoop of Glacio Belgian Caramel Biscuit ice cream and two scoops of Glacio Belgian Chocolate ice cream on top. Drizzle exotic fruit coulis over the ice cream scoops. Pipe or spoon whipped cream over the ice cream, then drizzle with chocolate sauce to taste.
