A sparkling, tropical cocktail that celebrates the vibrant flavors of Glacio Maracuja Orange sorbet. Refreshing Italian prosecco and a hint of vodka mingle with the bright citrus and passion fruit notes of this premium sorbet, finished with edible glitter and a fresh passion fruit garnish for a playful, festive touch.
Briefly mix the two scoops of Glacio Maracuja Orange sorbet with 30ml prosecco and the vodka until smooth. Mix the edible glitter with leftover prosecco and pour into a cocktail glass. Then carefully add the mixed sorbet mixture to the sparkling prosecco (or vice versa, depending on the desired layers).
Finish with the juice of half a passion fruit, the seeds if desired, and garnish with a slice of orange. Alternatively, you can also add a cinnamon stick or half a passion fruit to your Maracuja Orange Scroppino instead of a slice of orange.
