Gianduja is a sweet chocolate, containing about 30% hazelnut paste, making it extremely soft. Invented in 1852, this historical delicacy still hasn't lost any of its superb quality. The Gianduja pieces are made in Belgium, developed especially for this ice cream. The pieces melt softly in your mouth even when eaten together with ice cold ice cream.
